Encore TV Tuner PCI Adapter with FM turns your computer into a media center right before your eyes. You may surf the Internet, use Microsoft Word®* and other applications, and watch TV (or listen to FM radio**) on the same computer at the same time! Now, you can use your computer as a digital video recorder, which is more flexible than a traditional VCR.
ENLTV-FM is bundled with a powerful video viewing and capturing software, whether the source is a TV antenna, a cable box, DVD player or camcorder. You can change channels, freeze frame, capture images, use slow-motion, fast-forward and rewind with a click of your mouse. For more freedom, you can use TV Tuner’s IR remote control to access those functions when you are away from the computer. The bundled software also allows you to schedule recordings of your favorite TV shows.
ENLTV-FM can capture video in the following formats: AVI, MPEG1 (VCD quality), MPEG2 (DVD quality) and MPEG4. Use any video editing software, such as Microsoft Windows Movie Maker®***, to create you own film; use CD/DVD burning software****, such as Nero Burning Rom®, to put the film on a DVD or VCD and share it with friends and family. Increase your video library with the click of a mouse! The ENLTV-FM also supports Netmeeting® for videoconferencing, allowing you to use a camcorder, instead of a webcam, for real-time video chats.
