CHIEFPICK.COM only ships orders to addresses that match with credit card company's record. For orders paid with Pay Pal
CHIEFPICK.COM only ships orders to confirmed addresses with PAYPAL. For all orders received by CHIEFPICK.COM
CHIEFPICK.COM only charges 1 time 1 way delivery fee for every order. Therefore for these special cases: - In the case customer gives wrong address to our system:
- CHIEFPICK.COM reserves the right to extra charge customer the amount of $20 or 5% (whichever is greater) to change/update the address with the shipping courier.
- In the case customer refuses shipment with/without prior notification:
- CHIEFPICK.COM will not refund any shipping and handling charge for the order. There will be a 15% restocking fee for the item that is returned from original/new condition.
- In the case item got send back to us and a re-delivery requested:
- Customer of CHIEFPICK.COM is responsible for the new shipping charge for CHIEFPICK.COM to re-ship the order.
- In the case item got send back to us and customer request a refund.
- There will be a 15% re-stocking fee. CHIEFPICK.COM will not refund any shipping fee for any reason.
Order Delivery Policy for Hawaii and Alaska Customers
CHIEFPICK.COM ships products to Hawaii and Alaska. Please choose the Hawaii or Alaska shipment option that has been provided. For fix shipping products,CHIEFPICK.COM will charge an additional handling fee of $15 plus the cost of shipping. Order Delivery Policy for military APO/FPO Customers

Shipping Cost
CHIEFPICK.COM does not provide service to delivery. All deliveries are done by USPS, FEDEX, UPS or DHL. Please understand that shipping cost is based on the rate of these shipping companies. Therefore CHIEFPICK.COM will not return any shipping cost for any reason. Our Shipping cost is vary depending on the product. Some products have regular shipping cost, fixed shipping cost and some have free shipping depending on promotion. Please choose the correct shipping option that fit your preferences. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department or clicking the "My Account" button in the top-right hand corner of our web page.
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to CHIEFPICK.COM. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for CHIEFPICK.COM to process your RMA. A deduction will be applied on the value of the missing items. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at CHIEFPICK.COM's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through CHIEFPICK.COM are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
Standard CHIEFPICK.COM Return Policy
Products sold by CHIEFPICK.COM are covered by our Standard Return Policy, unless otherwise indicated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage; you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions. Chiefpick does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise.
We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture
the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to Chiefpick.com,
we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no
charge. Chiefpick.com will employ every resource it has to ensure that
your item is replaced promptly, without hassle. Limited 30-Day CHIEFPICK.COM Return Policy
Products that state "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only" must be returned to CHIEFPICK.COM within 30 days of the invoice date. - Products that may be returned for a refund are subject to 15% restocking fee.
- CHIEFPICK.COM reserved the right to do refund by crediting back customer's Credit Card, or sending a refund by check.
- Products in this category that are labeled as Non-Refundable (or similar labeling) may only be returned for a replacement.
Limited 30-Days CHIEFPICK.COM Replacement Policy.
CHIEFPICK.COM is not responsible in shipping of any products from CHIEFPICK.COM customers back to CHIEFPICK.COM warehouse for any reasons. Customers are responsible to ship the products back to CHIEFPICK.COM in order for chiefpick to be able to send out a replacement to customers. All Replacement will be ship-out from CHIEFPICK.COM warehouse only after the defective or original products received by CHIEFPICK.COM inside CHIEFPICK.COM facilities. Manufacturer's (End-User) Warranties
CHIEFPICK.COM does not offer any extended warranties. However, many of the products available through CHIEFPICK.COM are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website. Manufacturers' warranties can also be obtained for free by contacting our Customer Service department. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
Products that state "This item can be returned to the product manufacturer only" must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy from the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or "end-user") of the item. More specific CHIEFPICK.COM return policies are designated for the item categories listed below. CHIEFPICK.COM RETURN POLICY FOR MANUFACTURER (END-USER) WARRANTY ITEMS: OEM CPUs - Refund period: 7 days from original invoice date.
- Replacement period: 15 days from original invoice date.
Retail CPUs - Refund period: 7 days from the original invoice date.
- Replacement period: 15 days from original invoice date.
Additional Notes Regarding CPUs - Buyers requesting a refund have to pay a 15% restocking fee.
- CHIEFPICK.COM will not cross-ship replacement CPUs.
- Physically damaged CPUs cannot be returned to CHIEFPICK.COM, including physical damage due to improper installation.
Notebook and Tablet PCs - Notebook/Tablet PCs are not returnable to CHIEFPICK.COM. Please contact manufacturer for replacement or refund
Consumable Items - Consumable items such as Printer Ink and Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Paper Products etc. may only be returned if the product is unopened.
Software - Retail Boxed software may only be returned for refund within 30 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. Opened retail boxed software can only be returned for replacement if it is defective or damaged. You may exchange defective software for an identical replacement by contacting CHIEFPICK.COM Customer Service and acquiring an RMA number. No software returns will be accepted after 30 days. All OEM software including Operating Systems is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once it is installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms of the System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support. CHIEFPICK.COM is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.
Televisions 20" and Larger - Televisions 20 inches and larger cannot be returned to CHIEFPICK.COM. Therefore, you are urged to carefully examine the box your television ships in before signing for the package. Should you observe any damage to the shipping box, or if the wrong product was sent, you must refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises.
All other products - All other product are covered with our 30 days warranty. Most products come with Manufacture warranty. Manufacture warranty varies by manufactures. Please check manufacture's website for details.
Manufacturer-Recertified and Open-Box Items
CHIEFPICK.COM often sells items that are listed as "manufacturer recertified" or "open-box." Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they bear a limited 15-day refund-only return policy through CHIEFPICK.COM. CHIEFPICK.COM cannot provide replacement service for these items, as their stock is limited. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested for functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings or dents. Should these items prove defective following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer, distributor, or CHIEFPICK.COM) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. These items are not covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. ADDITIONAL RMA TERMS
Physical Damage Policy
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to CHIEFPICK.COM.
Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.
CHIEFPICK.COM encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs. Forcing a processor into position will not solve an installation problem and may void your CHIEFPICK.COM return policy.
If you return any physically damaged item to CHIEFPICK.COM, the item will be returned to you at your expense. LCD Dead-Pixel Policy
CHIEFPICK.COM sells many products such as Notebooks and Monitors that feature LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screens. CHIEFPICK.COM adheres to the dead-pixel policy that is observed by the majority of our manufacturers. In order to declare any product with an LCD screen "defective" and eligible for replacement or refund through any applicable CHIEFPICK.COM return policy, there must be a minimum of 8 (eight) dead LCD pixels. Rebates/UPC Codes
Products offering mail-in rebates are not returnable to CHIEFPICK.COM once the rebates have been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable, are non-refundable, and will be rejected. Only the product manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC code. Refurbished Products
CHIEFPICK.COM offers a 15-day refund-only return policy for all refurbished merchandise. Remember if you purchase a Refurbished product you will receive an OEM BAREBONE item, meaning you will only receive the item itself. Accessories are NOT INCLUDED with Refurbished products, even if the missing accessory is required for the item to function properly. Bundle Specials
Bundle Specials contain multiple items offered together at a discounted price. Bundle offers valid only while supplies last. Purchasing multiple units of a Bundle Special that feature a mail-in rebate may yield only one redeemable rebate offer (per the manufacturer's "limit one per household" provision). If you wish to return a Bundle Special for a refund, you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE within 30 days of purchase. Note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Components within a Bundle Special may be returned for replacement only. Individual items may only be returned for replacement if an RMA number is acquired within the Standard Return period. Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
Sometimes items are returned to CHIEFPICK.COM after the product has been discontinued. If Chiefpick no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email with two options: either CHIEFPICK.COM can send you a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued. RMA FORM:
